Experience Tyrolean Culture

Characteristics

Experience the Alpine metropolis of Innsbruck with its many world-famous sights right at the start of your journey. Amidst the magnificent old town is the legendary Golden Roof. At the historic Bergisel hill is – what a contrast – the new, state-of-the-art ski jumping tower.

North of the town more than 2,000 animals await your visit at the Alpine Zoo. There you are also at the foot of the Nordkette Mountain Range, the impressive border of Innsbruck. If you don’t want to stay at the foot of Nordkette Mountain Range, you can take the new Nordkettenbahnen lifts up to the summit of Hafelekar which features in quite a few songs and from where you enjoy a fantastic view of Innsbruck. The minting and saline town of Hall is a break stop East of the Inn metropolis before you head to the Swarovski Crystal Worlds in Wattens, where Chambers of Wonder light a beacon of fantasy. From there you continue your ride past the silver town of Schwaz into Zillertal Valley, where you get really close to the majestic Zillertal Alps in Mayrhofen.
